Cavendish House

The demolition of the derelict and hazardous 1960’s L-shaped office block in Dudley was completed in under 20 weeks.

The building comprised two wings, a central core containing double lift shafts & a large stair core.

The western gable was six storeys high & 5m from the road and the north / eastern gable was eight storeys high & 3.5m from the road.

The structure comprised a reinforced concrete frame & poured in situ concrete floors.

Cavendish House was completely removed with a recycling rate of 97.5% & concluded with no accidents or injuries.
